If you ask any architect or landscape architect, they will tell you that what they love most about their profession is seeing the incredible places that they helped to envision and bring to life. The same is true of our passionate team of designers at ELM that recently had the opportunity to travel to Estancia at Wiregrass in Tampa, Florida, to help celebrate the grand opening of the new Estancia Club, a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse that provides all the grandeur of a five-star resort.
The Estancia Club is the stunning centerpiece of the beautiful, resort-style residential community known as Estancia at Wiregrass, developed by Standard Pacific Homes. The amenity center boasts an elegant clubroom, an aquatic center equipped with a slide tower and Jr. Olympic size pool, a luxurious zero-entry casual pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, sport courts, open park space and winding trails.
From envisioning the community master plan and architectural style to choosing building materials and each individual plant, the collaborative decisions made by the client and ELM’s team of architects, landscape architects and designers shaped every detail that went into creating this incredible community.
As a point of pride, we wanted to share several photos that demonstrate how the planning, rchitecture and landscape architecture blend together to make up the overall character of Estancia at Wiregrass.
