ELM staff wins 2016 AIA Architectural Imagery Contest

1st Place in Open Photography Category and People's Choice Award was "Cavern" - Atlanta, GA

2nd Place in Open Photography Category was "Shadow" - New York City, NY

In our multidisciplinary office of designers, architects, and landscape architects we love to celebrate the creativity and talent of each individual staff member. Many of our staff express their creativity in interesting ways outside of the office, whether in photography, painting, sculpting, or even refurbishing antique cars.

One particular staff member, Mark Pariani, was recently recognized for his unique photographic skill as the winner of multiple awards at the 2016 AIA Architectural Imagery Contest. Mark’s passion for architecture and design is evident in his photographs “Cavern” and “Shadow” that won him 1st and 2nd Place honors, respectively, in the Open Photography category as well as the People’s Choice Award for “Cavern.”

The contest, hosted by AIA Jacksonville, featured three entry categories: Architectural Renderings/Drawings; Open Photography; and Camera Phone Photography. The photo entries and category winners were on display for public viewing at the Haskell Building in Riverside.
