Three separate buildings designed by ELM comprise the third phase of this pedestrian-friendly shopping center, which serves as the social, civic, and commercial hub of Nocatee, one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the U.S.
The newest phase totals nearly 30,000 square feet and includes the recently-announced Starbucks and Tijuana Flats restaurant. The three buildings are positioned to connect via pedestrian corridors, linking the existing Publix Supermarket with adjacent new retail and restaurants.
In addition to Starbucks and Tijuana Flats, these buildings will contain various retail, restaurant, health/fitness, and other tenants. Construction is currently underway on all three buildings and is expected to be completed later this year.
