ELM firm growing in Florida and Seattle offices

ELM, headquartered in Downtown Jacksonville, has recently expanded their highly-experienced core staff of planners, architects, landscape architects, and designers to include seven new team members who are contributing to the success of several ongoing projects across the country.

This group of experienced talent increases the firm’s capability to create successful projects for widely diverse client and project types, including residential planned communities, hotels and resorts, golf and club facilities, multi-use and multi-family development, health care and assisted living facilities, major zoological exhibits and habitats, and more. Since the firm was founded by partners Russ Ervin, Steve Lovett, and Tim Miller in 2001, ELM (Ervin Lovett Miller) has continued its leadership in the design community in Jacksonville and opened a Seattle office more than three years ago that is experiencing similar growth.

This most recent growth is evidence of the ELM partners’ dedication to providing exceptional services to their clients within the select niche markets that they serve.

“We are thrilled to welcome this group of innovative professionals to our design team. Each person is already making a positive impact on our projects and has embraced ELM’s culture of collaboration, service to our clients, technical proficiency, and excellence in design. As we grow our skilled team, ELM is better positioned than ever to deliver value to our clients and their work – and that has been the hallmark of the firm for the past 13 years,” said Steve Lovett, ELM founding partner.
